Obtain Police Report

A valid email address is required for follow up communication.

Please provide the names of the individuals involved in the requested report.

Online payments will be processed through Clover a 3rd party entity. Once Payment is made requested records will be mailed to the address provide on request

This is the number received upon filing the original incident. For most reports it will be nine digits, numbers only (Example: 110507999).Office of Professional Standards reports will have mix of letters and numbers.

Requestor's Information

  1. Complete one form for each report requested.
  2. All required (*) information MUST be completed.
  3. Reports are $5.00 each (additional $.25/per page for reports over twenty pages)

Please be aware that you will not be able to obtain your requested report/records online. This is only an option to submit a request for a report/record. Once your request is processed, you will be notified by Records Maintenance personnel of the status of your request. If you would like to request your report in person or by mail, we are located at:

Request Public Records In Person or By Mail

The Pima County Sheriff's Department maintains a state-of-the-art computerized records maintenance system. The Records Maintenance Unit manages public law enforcement records originated by the Department. Records originating in other jurisdictions are not maintained or released by the Department. Requests for records may be submitted in person or by mail to:

When making a records request the following information is required:

  • Requestor's name, address, and telephone number
  • Case number or date and location of the incident

Release of case information may be subject to review and authorization by the case investigator. This process and transcribing of the report may delay immediate release of information. Restricted access cases may not be released if the content of the record would hinder an ongoing investigation or bring harm to individuals related to the case. Crime victim information will only be released to the victim or his/her designated representative.
